Guarani has developed very good communication with teams from around the globe. This mostly started after the victorious trip in 1997. Many teams from North America had started to search Guarani out for friendly matches. This led to enrich all the people involved in this project, and to lift the work done by the girls from Guarani. That is why Guarani is one of most trustworthy women’s soccer teams in Brazil, raising their name of their club even more in other countries.

Important clubs and teams from North American Universities have been in Campinas and its region. However, the most prominent was when the Youth National team from United States came to Brazil in 2004, to play only three matches against Santos FC, CA Juventus and Guarani. The final score against Guarani ended at 0x0. Several of those players would come back to Brazil in 2007 for the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro.

Beyond the games, an exchange between the athletes was initiated, with some players from Guarani experiencing some time in the homes of with the U.S. player’s families.  The same was happening over here, with the U.S. girls spending some time with Brazilian player’s families.  Starting this year, 2008, Guarani will be able to receive groups of athletes that would like to spend a period of time training with our family, Guarani.
